I’ve always had a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist, but my recent visit here completely changed my perspective. From the moment I sat in the chair, Dr. Rub set an incredibly calm, relaxing tone for the whole appointment. They take the time to explain every step, check in continuously, and work with such a soothing, deliberate approach that any tension instantly disappears. The entire environment feels quiet, organized, and focused on patient comfort rather than rushing you through. If you get nervous about dental visits or are just looking for a compassionate, highly skilled professional, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Truly a top-tier practice!

Great experience! The orthodontist is very kind, gentle, and patient with my son. The office is always very clean, welcoming, and professional. I’m very happy with the care my son receives here and would definitely recommend this dental office to other parents.

My son had an emergency over the holiday weekend. Dr. Rub called us back himself and got my son scheduled asap. Mary contacted me Sunday to prepare paperwork and do anything needed in advance so our visit would be focused on the treatment. Removed his wisdom teeth and my son said he’s not even in pain, best doctor ever!!! However, the entire staff at East Tremont Dental are top notch and caring. Recommended highly!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about E. Tremont Dental. From the moment we walked in, the entire experience was exceptional. The receptionists, Mary and Linda, were incredibly kind, friendly, and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made us feel welcome right away. My son is extremely anxious when it comes to dental visits, but Dr. Josen immediately put him at ease. He is so down-to-earth and has a remarkable way of speaking with children that helps them feel calm and comfortable. My son needed multiple teeth extracted under anesthesia, and as a parent, I was very nervous about the procedure. Both Dr. Josen and Mary took the time to thoroughly explain everything—from exactly what would happen during the procedure to insurance coverage and co-pays. I left the office feeling informed, reassured, and much calmer. By the day of the procedure, I was no longer nervous but confident in the treatment and care my son would receive. Before the procedure began, the team once again walked me through what was taking place, which helped me feel completely at ease. The level of compassion and communication from everyone at E. I went in today to inquire about insurance acceptance on behalf of my brother and Linda was exceptional. Not only did she assist me with insurance information ( I was sad they do not take his insurance) she also gave me 2 locations that do. I wish I knew about this location when I lived in the area. Linda has amazing patient service and beautiful personality.
